Le Meridien Tahiti – Deluxe

On one of the most breathtaking beaches of Tahiti, Le Méridien faces Moorea and the coral reef. All 138 rooms and suites look directly over the blue lagoon. Stretching into the lagoon itself, 12 additional polynesian-style bungalows perch right over the water. The resort lies just 15 minutes from Tahiti's capital city, Papeete. "La Plantation" restaurant proposes the subtleties of the French culinary art combined with the sensual flavors of Polynesia. In design surroundings and exotic woods, "Le Carre" restaurant will give you the opportunity to taste gourmet meals and a large selection of fine wines, with a nice panoramic view over Moorea island. Surrounded by a luxurious botanical garden, the largest sand-bottom swimming pool in the Pacific keeps being very much appreciated for a relaxing time...

InterContinental Resort Tahiti – Deluxe
The Intercontinental Tahiti, formerly the legendary Beachcomber, has long been rated the top hotel of Tahiti. It has a superbly romantic location lagoonside in 30 acres of tropical gardens, with spectacular views across to the soaring peaks of Tahiti's sister Island, Moorea. They are just over a mile from the airport, (important when you arrive in the wee hours after a long flight) and the capital and port city, Papeete, is about six miles down the road. You'll feel in harmony with Tahiti in our resort where no building rises above the coconut palms and where all the accommodations capture the elegance and comfort of Colonial Polynesia. We have three types of rooms as well as two types of thatched overwater bungalows to choose from.

Sheraton Hotel Tahiti – Deluxe
In 1960, the Hotel Tahiti opened its doors as the first Tahitian resort whose design was inspired by Polynesian culture, built on the very estate where Princess Takau Pomare made her home a century before. Today, Tahiti’s legendary retreat is reborn. Newly rebuilt from the ground up and opened in July 1999, Sheraton Hotel Tahiti offers 200 guest rooms and suites, each decorated with authentic native materials and featuring views of a turquoise blue lagoon. The hotel is situated just a few hundred meters away from downtown (10 minutes by foot) and is particularly convenient for business travel.

Sofitel Maeva Beach – Superior
The Sofitel Maeva Beach is a 218 room hotel on the edge of the lagoon, looking across the water to Moorea Island. It is located just 5 minutes from the airport, and 10 minutes from the centre of town. The hotel boasts an International restaurant with seating for 160, a Japanese restaurant, a large swimming pool with deck, a poolside bar with views of the lagoon, 2 tennis courts and golf driving range on site. The Museum of Tahiti is 20 minutes away and the Gauguin museum is 30 minutes away.

Iaorana Villa - Budget / Standard
Located to 3 miles rom the international airport Tahiti Faa'a and 7 miles from the embankment of the ferries ( Papeete ), the Ia Orana Villa has a total capacity of 37 rooms and 24 bungalows. Restaurants, 2 bars, boutique, swimming pools, private beach, ice machine, tennis courts

Mandarin - Budget / Standard
Conveniently located on a quiet street right in the heart of the commercial center of Papeete, Le Mandarin Hotel offers the best of both worlds for vacationers and business people. The colorful Central Market is 2 short blocks away, as well as Papeete's waterfront promenade where you will find the Tourist Office, the ferries to Moorea and most nightclubs, bars, discos and restaurants. There are 37 air conditioned rooms, all spacious and well-appointed with color TV, video, mini-bar, refrigerator, direct dial telephones and large bathrooms. Business people appreciate the ease and convenience afforded by the central location, as well as the hotel 's excellent business facilities which include fax, telex, photocopying and bilingual secretarial services. Guests can enjoy fine European and Chinese cuisine in the relaxed and pleasant setting of Le Plazza Restaurant. The beautifully decorated Mandarin Restaurant provides the perfect atmosphere for guests to be tantalized by authentic Cantonese cuisine with delicious local seafood as the speciality. The coffee shop serves light meals and snacks between 6 am. and 6 pm. There are also private rooms suitable for banquets, cocktail parties and meetings for up to sixty people.

Prince Hinoi - Budget / Standard
The Prince Hinoi hotel is situated downtown Papeete, across the street from the waterfront near the Vaiete Place and the Moorea ferry docks. "à la carte" breakfast. Restaurants, bars and nightclubs around.

Royal Tahitien - Budget / Standard
The Royal Tahitien is one of the rare hotels located on the Tahiti eastern coast with its typical black sand beaches. At approximately 3 km away from downtown Papeete in a very quiet residential area, this charming little hotel offers an excellent opportunity for people staying a few days in Tahiti before a visit in the islands.
